- The Main Contractor, being the final answers to the client and complete a turnkey project that includes electrical and mechanical design and build, curtain wall system installation, structural steel work design and other metal works on supply and installation basis, design and construction management services etc.
主承包商 – 君祺工程有限公司具備了作為客戶最終站的所有條件，我們內部的機電團隊，幕牆工程團隊，建築和金屬結構的工程團隊，以及項目設計及工程管理團隊可勝任任何規模的工程。 - Fit-out Contractor, being flexible to work with other nominated sub-contractors that the client has appointed for the project and under the management of other project or construction management companies or even work directly under the client.
裝修承包商 – 我們能夠靈活地與其它客戶指定的分包商合作，或在客戶或其指定的工程管理人員指導下成功完成各項工程。 - Design and construction management, provide the best solution in building services designs, steel and structural designs or interior decoration designs to the client’s satisfaction.
設計及施工管理 – 我們能夠提供最合客戶要求及最另客人滿意的設計方案，包括室內設計，建築結構及金屬結構的設計方案。 - Project or Construction Management, working on behalf of the client to closely and professionally monitor projects up to large scales, including electrical and mechanical works, base building construction and also interior fit-out projects.
